IT Helpdesk Trainee
Farmaprojects would like to incorporate an IT Helpdesk Trainee to its team. This position will report directly to the Head of IT and will be based in Barcelona.

- Written and verbal communication skills (ENG/ESP)
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
- Customer-focused approach and strong interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Respond to customer inquiries via ticket system, phone, email, and Teams live chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in a ticketing system (GLPI)
- Follow standard procedures for troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
- Participate in team projects and initiatives.
