Farmaprojects would like to incorporate a Brand Manager to its team. This position will report directly to the Head of Portfolio and will be based in Barcelona.
Here are the details regarding this position.
- Brand management with the goal of giving the company a distinctive profile - Communicate company’s vision and mission.
- Increase company brand awareness - Translate brand elements into strategies and plans.
- Manage all social media company accounts.
- Manage all contacts with subcontracted Branding agencies.
- Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
- Promote corporate culture and values among employees.
- Monitoring of market trends and competitors’ activities
- University background in marketing or a related field
- Professional knowledge of brand positioning strategy
- 5+ years of experience as Brand Manager/Associate Brand Manager in pharma companies or branding agency
- High level of creativity and solution orientation
- Affinity for digital and social media
- Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset
- Outstanding communication skills, influence and drive
- Very good/perfect knowledge of English
- Passion for learning and researching, being open to welcome feedback and others’ ideas.
